*Spine/back *Low Neck- so costume collar won’t impede dog collar.
*Chest/Girth (Widest part)
*Jacket/Vest (from low neck to below chest/waist )
*Chinstrap from ear to ear *Legs & Paws for any boots or garters *Cape length
